• Hi

I’m trying to edit some pages, but when I click to edit I just get this (a blank page):

I tried the Troubleshooting Mode plugin to find any issue, but I got the same result from the start with every plugin disabled.

I enabled the display of errors and I got this text when I try to edit any page:
Deprecated: Function wc_get_log_file_path is deprecated since version 8.6.0 with no alternative available. in /home/customer/www/runayaq.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6085

When I change to Classic theme I get this message:

Notice: Function register_sidebar was called incorrectly. The ID id has not been defined in the argument matrix for the sidebar “Sidebar 1”. Using by default “sidebar-1”. Manually set the ID id to “sidebar-1” in order to silence this message and maintain the current content of the sidebar. Please visit Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 4.2.0.) in /home / customer / www / runayaq.com / public_html / wp-includes / functions.php on line 6085

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at / home / customer / www / runayaq.com / public_html / wp-includes / functions.php: 6085) in /home / customer / www / runayaq.com / public_html / wp-admin / includes / misc.php on line 1438
    Edit page

what could be the issue ? how to fix it ?

    Hi @freddyeee,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Deprecated: Function wc_get_log_file_path is deprecated since version 8.6.0 with no alternative available

Looking at the shared error message, it seems like there might be some deprecated functions being used in your theme or plugins. As a possible fix, I’d recommend making sure to have all your plugins/theme upto date.

Notice: Function register_sidebar was called incorrectly. The ID id has not been defined in the argument matrix for the sidebar “Sidebar 1”

Could you please confirm the name of the classic theme you used?

In the meantime, I recommend updating all your themes/plugins and then running a conflict test, as detailed here.

Let us know how it goes.

My themes are updated. A couple of plugins are not updated, because they are premium and my licenses expired, but in the troubleshooting mode with a plugin, the error remains with all the plugins disabled, that’s why I thought the issue is not related to any plugin, what do you think ?

    This is the Classic theme:

    Hi again @freddyeee,

Thanks for getting back to us with further details.

but in the troubleshooting mode with a plugin, the error remains with all the plugins disabled,

Were you able to switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four and only have WooCommerce as the active plugin? If you did, did the issue persist? If you haven’t already tried that, please do and let us know how it goes.

You can try these steps on a staging site.

Let us know how this goes.
