Cannot upload any files | WordPress.org

I am unable to upload any files using “Simple File Downloader”. I am able to select the file using the “Select File” option. But then, nothing happens. I am also unable to drag any files onto the box. Nothing happens if I do so.

I am using the latest version of the plugin. Browser is the latest version of Chrome.

@droidzone,

The purpose of this plugin is for download and not for upload. If you want to upload files, go to the media section /wp-admin/upload.php. Once you have uploaded the files, those will be available in the dropdown (see this screenshot https://s.w.org/plugins/simple-file-downloader/screenshot-2.png?r=1346283).
