• Hi,

    I tried to replace the default header image by an custom image. When I try to publish the image I am getting an error message “Etwas scheint schiefgelaufen zu sein. Warte einige Sekunden und versuche es dann erneut” – in english: “Something went wrong. Please wait a few seconds an try it again”.

    I waited a few secondes, I tried it again, but the error message appears every time, my changes are not accepted.

    What can I do to solve this issue?

    Regards

    Bernd

  • Hey @schrumbi ,

    Thank you for writing in,

    Could you please try once after deactivating all the third-party plugins? Do let me know if this works or not.

    @bikku,

    please answer to my last post. I was not able to solve the problem yet, and I dont want to change the theme to another one, because I like this theme.

    Best regards

    Bernd

    Hey @schrumbi ,

    Have you made any changes to your theme’s code? If so then that is probably the reason for this. Please revert the changes and try again. Do let me know if this is not the case.

    Hello @bikku,

    no, I did not make any changes in the theme’s code (I’m not a programmer or anything like that).

    Shall I try the reinstall the theme again?

    Best regards

    Bernd
