Can you check for a plugin conflict by deactivating all other plugins and see if that helps? If it does help, then reactivate the plugins one at a time to find the culprit(s), if any. By switching to a default WordPress theme, can you also check for a theme conflict?
You may also install the Health Check plugin to help determine the cause of the issue.
