After the upgrade from 3.X to 4.X (Currently I have installed the latest 4.0.3) the overridden templates present in the template folder are no longer used.

Learnpress recognizes these files as overridden on the “Learnpress > Tools > Tempalte” (wp-admin/admin.php?page=learn-press-tools&tab=template) page but does not use them.
