    Hi there,

I understand you’re trying to uninstall WooCommerce and received an error.

Does this error come up whenever you try to remove the plugin? Or, does it come up after the plugin has been removed?

You can read more about uninstalling WooCommerce here: https://woocommerce.com/document/installing-uninstalling-woocommerce/#uninstalling-woocommerce.

Let me know if you need further help.

The Plugin cannot been removed! The fatal occured when I try to delete the Plugin after deactivation.

I have put the completely uninstall constant in the wp-config.php

In order to completely uninstall woocommerce, I have override the 6.4.1 version with a previous one and I procceed the completely uninstall proccess.

    Hello @pexlechris!

It seems you have some active plugin that depends on WooCommerce.
Can you please disable all other plugins, temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and later try to uninstall WooCommerce?

If that doesn’t work then please share your WooCommerce error logs and System Status on this thread so we can take a look at your configuration and check the issue further:

System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Only gutentor Plugin and sydney theme

    Hi @pexlechris

Only gutentor Plugin and sydney theme

    Thanks for letting us know.

As suggested before, please disable these, and also any other plugins that may be active.

Once done, execute the uninstallation procedure completely, as explained in the document shared.

After that, enable the theme and the plugins one by one.

If you face any trouble, please share the System Status and Error Log (if any), as requested before, so we can take a closer look if need be.

    Thanks

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread closed – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
