Calculator not showing up

    I am using wp rocket. But I have disabled the cache for this post. I have also done the setup as
    “classic” for CFF.

    Yet not able to see the form

    Please help to resolve – thanks

    Thank you so much for using our plugin. Please, install the latest update of our plugin, and then follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the settings page of our plugin, tick the “There is active an optimization plugin in WordPress” checkbox, and press the “Update” button.

    2. Go to the website admin bar and purge the WP Rocket cache to apply the previous changes.
