Hey! I think there is a bug in WooCommerce.
Free shipping is set for orders 55€ and above.
As you see in the attached screenshot, subtotal is 57.20€, so shipping should be free.
Discount code of 15% (-8.58€) brings the total to 48.62€, which is below 55€, so shipping should not be free.

Hi @tommaso99!

To look further at this issue, could you please share screenshots of all your shipping zones and rates (including Free shipping)? You can find them under WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones.

Hi @tommaso99!

Based on the screenshots provided I can see that you are using a shipping method called TML standard shipping. Can you please head to WooCommerce > Shipping Zones > Standard Shipping (the name of your zone) and add a Free Shipping option?

Once you have done that please make sure that Apply minimum order rule before coupon discount is selected as shown on the screenshot here: https://d.pr/K1ZhoP

@rdeari unfortunately, if I add another shipping method, all the orders that use that won’t sync with the logistics…

Can you please let us know whether you are using a plugin to add TML standard shipping to your site, or is it one of the default WooCommerce Shipping methods?
