• Could you please watch and tell me what I should double check.
I’ve successfully sent and received broadcast last night…
This morning, created 3 new broadcasts.
Only the last one ended up in Queue.
Broadcast in Queue — remains “In Queue” now 45 minutes later.
CRON is set to every minute.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    NATURALLY…
As soon as I write this up…

I go back (nearly an hour later) and hit refresh on the Reports page.
And it shows the Broadcast Completed…

During that hour — I’d refreshed the Reports page 15 times… it hadn’t processed. Also, the time stamp was within a minute of the last refresh:

    Broadcast Completed 2019-03-03 09:05:03 2019-03-03 09:05:07 4

I retrieve emails and sure enough… there it is…
An hour late but it did it.
    So, why the big delay?
Also, I placed several line feeds in the Opt-Out message of Settings…
And, I placed several line feeds in the Template after the last line of the message.
However, the Opt-out message is immediately under the last line of the message… in the Youtube video, it ends up directly under the word “Bye”.
It also stripped out line feeds between the “Hi” and “Bye” of the Template and it all looks like this now:

    Hi
    Bye
I’d be sad to see you go. But if you want to, you can unsubscribe from

No spacing recognized and acted upon…
I’ll try again with HTML enabled.
    Thanks,

I’m on with Bluehost now… wondering if this delay might be some override setting… so far, they are telling me they are not overriding… so please recommend:

    For the Bluehost CRON… (sub-cPanel ThinkPainAway.com)
Which of the following commands should be used to act upon the Saved Settings of “Every Minute” ??

This CURL command, seems to wait an entire hour, then runs, ignoring all default * entries for “Every Minute”
    curl –silent “http://www.thinkpainaway.com/?es=cron&guid=evnloh-eqotdy-fmswkp-oqwlgp-gbuzak” > /dev/null 2>&1

Have not tried these alternatives — as they are not YOUR recommended command:

    /bin/wget -O /dev/null “http://www.thinkpainaway.com/?es=cron&guid=evnloh-eqotdy-fmswkp-oqwlgp-gbuzak”

    wget –quiet “http://www.thinkpainaway.com/?es=cron&guid=evnloh-eqotdy-fmswkp-oqwlgp-gbuzak”

UPDATE: It was as I expected might be the case. BlueHost is not honoring the “Run the CRON” job every second settings… Their admin techs are looking into it. I did run the HTML email, it did work… the spacing where lines are being stripped out if they are blank, is still a problem.
Any idea how to get the spacing I want — to stay as I put it — in the Templates?
    Thanks in advance!

Also, of the three CRON commands, all I have tried is the first because it takes an hour before I find out if it worked.

Which of the other two are likely to help my situation?

    Thanks!
