I’m not a fan of this plugin for two reasons.

Reason 1: Once you sign up they keep your credit card on file and will charge you every year until you sign into your account and turn auto-renew off. This is backwards in my opinion. If the customer want’s to auto-renew their product then they should be the ones to turn that option on themselves. This is bad practice and something you won’t find with most reputable companies. They do send you a reminder email but the subject line doesn’t clearly state that your product will be automatically renewing. The subject line just says “Ready to spend another year with YITH?” which in my email client got cut off to say “Ready to spend…” and was easily overlooked. So needless to say I was shocked to have money taken from my account and despite trying to work with them and explain the situation they will not offer a refund.

Reason 2: The plugin did not work straight out of the box for two of the most common WordPress themes. It needed customization to get it working and even then we found much better solutions that were cleaner, easier to use, and worked better overall for conversions. Save your money and put it towards another plugin. It will be worth it in the long run.
