Bad price – switch currency

    Hi,

    I ran into a problem when sending an email in a different currency. I use FOX – Currency Switcher to change currency. The system has the correct prices in euros, but the e-mail has the wrong prices.

    Don’t know where the problem could be?

    I discovered the calculation error.

    The problem is that it adds VAT to the price without VAT, but without decimal places.

    Correct Woocommerce order:

    15.81 € without VAT + 3.32 € VAT = 19.3 € with VAT

    E-mail order

    15.81 € without VAT + 3.32 € VAT = 18.81 € bad in e-mail missing 0.32 €

    Hello @lukecb,

    Does the problem occur when the email designer is disabled? Please follow the steps in Kadence’s troubleshooting article, including clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts.
