The Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin hooks into the main WooCommerce email function to style emails and set up templates to allow you to customize the design and text.

Some WooCommerce extensions add new emails to the WooCommerce core and generally, these emails will adapt the style (header, footer, colors, etc) you set up with the plugin but they will not be available to preview and their text will not be editable through our plugin.

There are different levels of integration. You can make it possible for your email to be previewed in the customizer by passing in these details via a filter: kadence_woocommerce_email_previews

Based on your screenshot, the B2B plugin emails can already be previewed, so you don’t need to add an additional code snippet using the filter I mentioned above.

However, custom development is required if you want to edit the third-party emails’ contents. You may reach out to the plugin developers of the B2B plugin to send a message to our Contact page to add support to their email content.
