I have this problem and I can’t find the solution, the icon appears but touching it doesn’t display it, it doesn’t do anything, apparently it has to do with deferring or delaying the loading of Javascript and the solution must be to exclude the Mobile menu from these optimizations, but i cant found the way to do it (or I don’t know how to do it)
When I turn off the Js async or defer it works normally, but the web lost all the speed.
how can i exclude this js to optimize all the rest of the web?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @sandipsagar,

Have you tried the solution shared previously by the other users? This one and this one?

If it doesn’t help, as per the forum guide, please start your own thread. You are welcome to cross-link this thread, so we are aware of both.

    Kind regards,

I had the same problem a couple days ago. I solved it by disabling UCSS. It’s an online service by LiteSpeed / QUIC Cloud that basically rip off unused CSS class after CSS combine executed.

I’ve disabled UCSS and it’s still not working. I guess I’ll start a new thread.

    Hi everyone,

I am having the issue here. I’ve been reading all the messages and the only that makes the menu work on mobil is disabling “generate UCSS” in Litespeed.

New ideas to make it work without disabling options ?

    Hi @lefrantdes,

To troubleshoot your issue, you might want to consider excluding a JavaScript (JS) file.
Here is the path for JS file you could exclude:
    Path: wp-content/themes/astra/assets/js/minified/frontend.min.js

Give this a try and see if it helps resolve your problem.

If you need further assistance, feel free to ask. We’re here to help!

    Hi @Avinash Kumar Sharma,
    Thank you for answering.

I tried your method and unfortunately it didn’t work.
I am not a developper and I don’t know javascript but I was checking my files (css, js) code and I found a SyntaxError in the js files in Litespeed path: wp-content/litespeed/js. (screenshot)

    However, I didn’t find anything in wp-content/themes/astra/assets/css,js…

This is very late, but I found that by turning off Guest Mode and Guest Optimiztion in LiteSpeed that the mobile navigation started working.

    Thank you for sharing, @ianerickson!

    Hi everyone,

I have to keep using this thread since I haven’t found the solution to this problem. I’d like to know if others have found alternatives or methods to improve this issue. It looks it is always related to UCSS, JS and CSS. Switching ON and OFF seems to work but a couple of minutes later, the problem happens again.

Is the ASTRA team working on this ?

By the way, this is what I’ve been exchanging lately with the LT team: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mobile-version-home-page-doesnt-load/#post-17846106

You can see the error that show on the Console screen.
    Thank you.

    Hi @lefrantdes,

We are not working on this as this can be solved by configuring the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

You might also want to try what was shared by @bytefarmer here.

If you still would like to discuss this, as per the forum guidelines, please start your own topic. You are welcome to cross-link it to this thread, so we are aware of both.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I tried his method and it didn’t work… apparently CDN service was one of the cause of this malfunction with LS.

    Thank you
