Hi,
the products are all synced to the facebook shop now.
However, the WooCommerce product categories are not synchronized to the facebook shop.
There are “FB Product Sets”, is this the way to map WooCommerce product categories to facebook shop product categories?

Are all categories not showing or only some?
Can you check if the product category have been added to the Exclude categories from sync list? — You can find this by going to WP-Admin > Marketing > Facebook > Product sync.
If it hasn’t been added to the list, can you check if the settings are being set to sync with Facebook? It should show as Sync and show in catalog, you will find these options under the product’s settings:
