Allow Visitor to create entry

    Right now are going to be adding entries on the back end.
    However, we are creating a new category “Reports” which visitors to the site fill out. It should include the ability to accept attachments.

    The form should have a captcha so bots don’t try and spam us.

    Is there a way to set that up in the plugin right now?
    Or… what additional apps do you have for this?

    BTW We are ok to pay some reasonable amount for it if there is only a “premium” (paid) version.
