    Hi,

    I stumbled upon this thread

    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/27281

and I think I have a similar problem. We upload all our products via “cloudstock” our bridge between our POS-System and WooCommerce. When I´m editing the products in WooCommerce, the pics are perfectly attached. The featured image is set, also the gallery pics are fine and I can see them in the meta boxes.

But if I open the media library for example through the meta box “gallery” and then choose “show attached images to this product” in the media library popup, then it says that no pics are attached.

This seems not right. I mean the pics are attached to the product. This is also horrible because when u want to clean up media, and have 3.000 products and all pics are “not attached” it´s a horrible situation when u want to differentiate.

Any idea why multiple people have problems with this? Any solution perhaps. That would be very helpful!

    Regards!

    Hi there @artankrasniqi1988 👋

Welcome to WooCommerce Support. I’d be happy to help you with this.

From what I gather, this is to do with the 3rd party functionality, currently active at your store.

I went ahead with testing, with a test site of mine, where I upload the images directly, on the same server as my store is installed, and I was not able to reproduce the issue. Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference.

Feel free to reach out to the support channel at cloudstock, as they would be in a better position to assist you.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

    Hi Pepe,

thanks for your reply. Ok, I will ask them. I also created a product manually and directly in woo and attached the pics. Here it works normally and pics are attached in media library also.

So it really seems there is a problem while uploading via cloudstock. My understanding here is not good enough to know why the pics are attached correctly to the products but not shown then in media library when filtered. But perhaps we will find out.

One more question… How did you get this “dark mode” on WordPress running? 🙂

    Thanks and regards

    It appears so, indeed.

The support channel at cloudstock would be in a better position to explain this further.

It’s the Dark Reader extension. Here’s the link to its GitHub repository. 🙂

    Cheers!
