After uninstall my site still randomly goes to mobile version.

    Please help me fix this. It also goes to the mobile site on a desktop as well sometimes! What is going on? How is it still there when I’ve uninstalled it? I even restored my plug-ins from a back-up a week earlier than when I installed this plug-in and it still is doing it.
