Affiliate Resurection Install Word Press 404 error

    I am new to the world of web site creation. Am a member of Affiliate Resurection which assists with site set up.
    I am having probems when trying to install Word Press as 404 error keeps coming up. Have URL, Hosting details and Cpanel passwords all correct.
    Desperately need help, both technically and Psychologically.
