Dear @chengjianping,
Thanks for reaching out to us & extremely sorry for the delayed response.
First, I would like to inform you that I have inspected your shop page following this URL: https://bjhxrm.com/shop-2. It appears you haven’t set text for the “All categories” option, which is why the first option is showing as blank. Please add text for “All categories.” You can refer to this https://d.pr/i/7WOOwG for clarification.
Additionally, you can display the number of products shown on the shop/archive page using the Archive Result Count widget. The output will look like this: https://d.pr/i/huHJkM. I also noticed that the product list view is appearing from the theme. We can remove this using a few CSS codes. Below, I am sharing those codes. Simply copy and paste them into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
button.kadence-toggle-shop-layout.kadence-toggle-list{
display: none !important;
}
After including these codes I hope your issue will be solved. If there are any details I may have overlooked from your perspective, please provide them in detail. A video demonstration would greatly assist in ensuring thorough understanding and expediting the resolution process. Your patience and cooperation in this matter are sincerely appreciated.
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards,
Reju
I initially added the archive results counting widget. On the left is the advanced search widget I used. I hid the categories. How do I adjust the height of the archive results counting widget? I want to set the same height as the advanced search widget but can’t find the adjustment position.

Dear @chengjianping,
I hope you are doing well. I have inspected the reference screenshot and the website shop page at this URL: https://bjhxrm.com/shop-2. However, the frontend design appears different from your screenshot. Please check this video for clarification: https://d.pr/v/4CXsra. Have you made any changes? If not, and if you are using a caching plugin on your site, please clear the caches from both your site and your browser. If possible, disable the caching plugin temporarily and then check again. If we get a design similar to the builder, we can adjust the height using some CSS codes. Your patience and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards,
Reju
