Friend, I have a big problem.

I installed the free version here, and now I can no longer access wp-admin. It is pulling the com.br/br subfolder.

I’ve already disabled WPS Login, deleted its plugin and nothing…

I only have access to FTP and I need to access my admin to be able to do what I saw in the other topics to get my website back to normal.

    I URGENTLY need this solution.

What do I do via FTP to access my website…

    Hi,

There’s a solution that you can apply through FTP.

    1. Login to your website via FTP.
    2. Navigate to /wp-content/plugins/
    3. Find the TranslatePress folder and rename it (Let’s say to TranslatePress_deactivate)
    4. Try logging into http://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/

Renaming the plugin’s folder will force its deactivation, which should allow you to regain access to your WordPress admin.

Once you’ve done this and can access your admin again.

However, need to specify that our plugin does not alter the /wp-admin/ structure. The wp-login.php or wp-admin page is not translatebe because our plugin doens’t manage the back-end content.
If you want to have a front-end login page translated with TranslatePress you can choose to use a front-end login plugin like Profile Builder: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/wordpress-profile-builder/.

I did this, I even deleted your plugin via FTP and it continues to go to the “com.br/br” subfolder.

I need another solution and it doesn’t work.

it does not disable the “subfolders” as it was in com.br/br /en / es as traducoes.

Only after the problem accessing the admin did I see that the plugin does not work with WPS hide Login, this should be visible during installation.

Now I need to access the admin urgently to be able to deactivate this, or do it via ftp.

    Hi again,

Our plugin doesn’t make changes to your website as soon as is disabled, so the issue has other causes. Please, ask your host for debugging this because this case is no longer found in our support area.
