Add to Menu button not working

    Hello,

    I am trying to add pages/product categories/custom links to my menu, therefore I tick what I want adding and click ‘Add to Menu’. The loader circle appears and the text changes from ‘Add menu items from the column on the left.’ to ‘Drag each item into the order you prefer. Click the arrow on the right of the item to reveal additional configuration options.‘ although the items do not get displayed.

    Any reason why this might be?

    once you see the items in the menu, do you select save menu?

    I don’t see the items in the menu. After clicking ‘add to menu’, the items don’t get displayed.

    When from you have this issue? Did you try to update anything?

    I have not updated anything, and I have had this issue since this weekend.

    Hi @oliverwccp

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
    If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
