As I already explained, I have a website with mostly pages instead of posts, and Google finds it tough to index my site, so I was wondering if creating posts instead of pages for each article would be a better option to be found in Google (see my initial post)

At the Dutch language help forum of wordpress.org, someone recommended me the plugin XML Sitemaps. I checked the page of this plugin, and it is not entirely clear to me if this plugin helps to make a sitemap of blog posts, or entire sites including pages?

If this plugin would mainly focus on blog posts, then is there a different plugin that could help my site be indexed more easily by Google, for example by making a sitemap?
