As per this unsolved other topic: HTTPS issue with AAM’s CSS files | WordPress.org the issue is still reproducible on some sites that switched from HTTP -> HTTPS…

The problem definitely seems with AAM_MEDIA definition, sometimes resolved as HTTP and causing mixed content errors resulting in no CSS loading for …/vendor.min.css and …/aam.css

@vasyltech I still wonder if is there another safer way to call those CSS files as a workaround for the proven unreliable AAM_MEDIA definition…?

Well… Just tested a very simple thing: switched from “Really Simple SSL” to “One Click SSL” plugin and it solved ALL the issues with AAM and its CSS not loading. Not the first time “One Click SSL” results more reliable than popular plugin “Really Simple SSL”! Phew….
