  • Hello @white0wl,

Your’e right, the file upload feature is only available in PRO version of our plugin.

But please acknowledge that the crucial feature of the plugin – which is editing existing fields in the WooCommerce checkout form – is included in free version. Also, adding an input and paragraph text are also included in the free version.

I hope that these facts can change a little bit your view on our plugin, because we think that the plugin deserves more than just one-star rating. We are constantly trying to adjust plugin’s capabilities to users’ needs.

Don’t buy the plugin if you’re interested in the file upload feature. It’s subpar. I couldn’t get the file uploads to show in the order, order email or the order in the customer account. No way to see if there is a file associated with the order. It does upload the file to your server but again, no way to figure out what order it’s associated with. I first tried the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin which was free (and I do like the uploaded file interface). It worked much better but it had a small issue with not being able to use the upload button within the customer account. I thought purchasing a different plugin would assure a better product, but sadly not with regard to the upload feature in the Flexible Checkout Fields plugin. However, this Flexible Checkout Fields plugin works great for changing the existing fields and adding in new areas.

    Hi @jssnyder,

In this forum we can not write about the functionality of the PRO version. If you want to write about it – let’s do it here.

But thanks for your review and that you mentioned that the plugin works great for changing fields and adding custom areas. This is the functionality available in the free version 🙂

    Cheers,
    Przemyslaw
