  • I received the same error, and was able to update by downloading the zip file directly from the download area at https://store.meowapps.com/ after logging in.

Is yours a Pro version? Do you know if that matters?

    Thanks for your reply.

Mine is a “Meow Lightbox Pro – Professional (Lifetime)” version, and I do not know if that matters. I build many websites and need what the version I have offers.

Thank you. I think it worked for me, too, by downloading the zip file. My plug-in version now shows 3.0.8. I appreciate your help!

Out of curiosity, does your version display the correct day and time? Mine used to in a few previous versions. Then for over a year now, it shows the time off by 5 hours.

    Thanks again.

Sorry I set the Lightbox to display to title and/or caption. Maybe your camera or software (Lightroom?) needs to have the time adjusted.

Thanks for your feedback. I have worked with the plug-in writers and so far no one can figure out what’s wrong. The plug-in was displaying everything correctly. Then suddenly it stopped displaying the date/time accurately. The EXIF information shows correct in Lightroom and other software. So, for now I have turned off the date/time box in the plug-in.

    Thanks again.
