El presente proyecto de investigación tiene por objetivo analizar y comparar el diseño en pernos de anclaje y bases metálicas para apoyos de naves industriales parabólicas y dos aguas, Puno – 2021, así mismo para realizar la comparación entre los diseños de los pernos de anclajes y bases metálicas de las dos naves industriales se desarrolló un procedimiento matemático según el método AISC-ASD, posteriormente se desarrolló en un entorno gráfico de MATLAB procedimientos reducidos para mejorar los cálculos matemáticos. In this paper we present an ontology solution to solve the problem of language heterogeneity among negotiating agents during the exchange of messages over Internet. Traditional negotiation systems have been implemented using different syntax and semantics. Our proposal offers a novel solution incorporating an ontology, which serves as a shared vocabulary of negotiation messages; and a translation module that is executed on the occurrence of a misunderstanding. We implemented a service oriented architecture for executing negotiations and conducted experiments incorporating different negotiation messages. The results of the tests show that the proposed solution improves the interoperability between heterogeneous negotiation agents.

The aim of this work was to evaluate the use of air-dried spermatozoa for in vitro production of equine embryos and verify if sperm extract activation and in vivo culture improve in vitro embryo production. Cooled spermatozoa (control) and air-dried spermatozoa stored for 2, 14 or 28 days were used for ICSI sperm extract, or ionomycin was used for oocyte activation, and embryos were in vitro or in vivo (in mare 0 s oviduct) cultured for 7 days. With in vitro culture, cleavage rate was higher when activating with sperm extract (P < 0.05). No differences in embryo development were seen between the two activation treatments nor between storage periods (P > 0.05). Blastocysts were obtained with cooled spermatozoa, and morulae were achieved using in vivo culture with 28-day storage spermatozoa and ionomycin-activated oocytes. When in vivo culture was performed, sperm DNA fragmentation was assessed using the sperm chromatin dispersion test and did not show statistical correlation with cleavage nor embryo recovery rates. In conclusion, equine embryos can be produced using air-dried spermatozoa stored for several weeks. Sperm extract activation increased cleavage rates but did not improve embryo development. In vivo culture allowed intrauterine stage embryos to be achieved.

This study analyzes the natural gas industry in order to contribute to a better understanding of the pricing policies of the activity of the natural gas transmission conducted by the government from the perspective of a program to expand the pipeline network and strengthen the natural gas industry in the country. The adoption of mechanisms that allow the separation and opening of the parcels that make up the selling price of natural gas is intended to provide greater low tariffs, reducing cross-subsidies between states (producing regions across the distant consuming centers) and increasing economic efficiency the use of the gas pipeline of the transportation system. From the aid of tariff models and theories employed in the network infrastructure industries, the research analyzes the evolution of tariff regulation associated with the portion of product (Variable Parcel) and Parcel Transportation (Fixed Parcel) in the formation of the selling price of domestic natural gas rise between Petrobras and the state distribution utilities of gas. The analysis allows us to observe that the introduction of systematic changes in the training of the sales price of natural gas causes a regression in relation to transparency in pricing structure and marketing of natural gas. The current pricing policy and (approximately 32 %) discounts offered by Petrobras in selling prices to distributors in the Northeast and Southeast regions cause significant changes not only the competitiveness of natural gas compared to other fuels , but also within the gas market itself natural. Consumers of domestic natural gas does not hold the information about how much they pay the cost of shipping service, different consumers of natural gas from Bolivian origin faced with clear rules of contractual adjustments of the components of each plot. Thus, it ascertains that these changes mainly penalize states with higher natural gas production (Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Bahia and Sergipe), since the distance factor is not clearly defined in the new pricing formula of the national gas. Still, it is concluded that the regulatory framework of the natural gas industry defines clearly the formation of the transport charge for new pipelines, while the ANP is also considering ways to include the tariff transparency in the regulatory network of existing pipelines.

The DFA is a place for the convergence of diverse subjects and entities to foster innovative and creative projects, acting as an interface that translates the efforts of academia to meet the needs and constraints of the existing socioeconomic, industrial and cultural local reality. The main goal is that, by crossing an experimental platform which promotes research through cultural mediation, based on co-creation and collaboration, will instigate the generation of innovative products and services that might have immediate applicability in the market. Above all, the innovative methodologies that will arise from this interaction, will create a place for radical and disruptive innovation.

La naturaleza ha estado inevitablemente presente en la evolución humana, definiendo límites, capacidades e imaginación, o en otras palabras, determinando cómo y por qué diseñamos. En este artículo, intentamos ver la naturaleza en sí misma como una narrativa cultural preestablecida (o conjunto de narrativas) y reflexionar sobre cómo estas narrativas influyen en el diseño en dos aspectos muy distintos. La primera mirada es a las narrativas de la naturaleza relacionadas con la poiesis y su potencial para generar referencias emocionales. Mientras que el segundo, se centra en las narrativas de la naturaleza asociadas a su praxis, junto con su referencia procedimental para el diseño, como conclusión buscamos puntos comunes y divergentes entre estos enfoques también con la intención de contribuir a una mejor comprensión de cómo la idea de Naturaleza influye en el diseño.

Consumers as co-producers or co-designers are frequently presented as the solution for mass-customization, but the success of these systems as enhancing emotional bonds between user and object seems to be questionable. Making choices may not be enough to generate a bigger connection between people and their things. Artifacts produced using biological systems with generative potential, where nature’s randomness and physiological processes have an important role in the definition of form, may have the capacity to foster the emotional connections that are missing, arising from nurturing and from an understanding of their morphogenesis, from the proximity and time required for their growth and development.

Beekeeping is an activity, generally associated to agriculture, that allows small farmers to generate more food and income, this reality has had a shift in recent years with the number of small beekeepers decreasing, and big corporations gaining control over the industry. Regulations and the Colony Collapse Disorder, among other factors, may have a major role in these phenomena.
