Highlights from #UNGA79 so far: â¡ Our MD Jane Mann, taking part in the launch of the Common Framework for Digital Transformation in Education. The framework sets out six pillars of digital transformation, focusing on a human-centred, sustainable, and forward-thinking approach to transforming education systems. â¡ Putting the framework into practice the very same day - exploring how technology can deliver equitable and sustainable education transformation. With our partners at GPE and UNESCO, we brought together government leaders, educators, civil society, youth, tech experts, policymakers, and representatives from international organisations, the private sector, and academia. â¡ A standout moment was hearing from HP Cambridge Partnership for Education EdTech Fellowship Fellow Oheneyere Catherine Agyapomaa Appiah-Pinkrah and her inspiring strategies on improving access to digital solutions for students in Ghana. â¡ Getting together on Sunday with so many like-minded organisations determined to advance #SDG4 and transform societies through education. Our work to improve the quality of education systems around the world would not be possible without collaboration and partnerships. We are grateful for the unique opportunity to strengthen partnerships and forge deeper connections. â¡ Hearing from Yasmine Sherif and Sarah Brown at the Global Business Coalition for Education on harnessing AI for the future of Africa. At the end of last month, we were delighted to attend Bhutan's 20th National Education Conference and reflect with Bhutanâs teachers, policymakers and Ministry officials on this yearâs theme "Transforming Education for a Better Drukyul". The conference opened with an inspiring address from His Excellency Dasho Tshering Tobgay, Honourable Prime Minister of Bhutan, who shared his powerful vision for Bhutanâs students and the transformative potential of education. We were pleased to share a report detailing our recommendations and analysis of how Bhutanâs education system can respond to the opportunities and challenges facing the youth of tomorrow. We are grateful for the extensive expertise of the Ministry of Education and Skills Development in creating our recommendations which support Bhutan in creating its own distinctive curriculum standards. These should reflect its unique society and culture, as well giving its children access to learning and development from around the world.

The landscape of education is transforming, from introducing new technologies to responding to global challenges. In Dubai, we brought together leading policymakers, educators, and experts to consider what the future of schooling could look like. Together, we explored how we can meet the needs of both students and society in a rapidly changing world. As we approach the UN Summit of the Future next week, here are five key takeaways from our discussion, co-hosted with the Centre for Future Studies at the University of Dubai at the DUBAI FUTURE FOUNDATION. #EducationTransformation #FuturesThinking #FutureofSchooling

Today is International Day to Protect Education from Attack. Every child, regardless of where they live, deserves a safe environment to learn and grow. Yet, millions of children are denied this basic right due to conflict, crisis and instability. Protecting education is not just about safeguarding schoolsâit's about securing the future of entire generations. At Cambridge, we are proud to partner with UNICEF to protect education in the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh. Together, weâre supporting vulnerable children with the education they need.
