I am part of the under-represented group, and this course was informative. I learned some new things, like unconscious bias and much more.

I really liked the structure of the course, and the topics covered (examples included). I think we need to approach diversity and inclusion in a more active way, starting with recognizing the situations that make us feel excluded. Sometimes we don't realize that a certain situation, a certain comment, or a certain look is a problem, because "that's just how society is". This course helped me understand the topic better, and I will try to speak up when things are not OK.

Suggested strategies for eliminating or responding to minor inequities, use of stereotypes, etc.. We may have known they were there, but working through how to handle them was useful.

The course is a great way to learn more about how we should speak and collaborate in an organization. Everyone should be treated equally and with the same enthusiasm while working in an organization. Also, I learned about practices to avoid while presenting any topic in front of your team in an organization.

Great evidence-based approach I could also refer to when giving presentations beyond that of the one the Linux Foundation is organizing, thank you!
