Firstly, the reader will be familiarized withthe short biography of Borisovsky. In the second chapter I write about the Beethoven Quartet, where Boriskovský played. The main part of this dissertation is in the third chapter. Here I write about Borisovký´s teaching method. This chapter has 6 sections - shaping of players in the Borisovský class, developing professional virtuosity, technical and artistic aspects of the bow technique,developing of finger virtuosity, particularities of viola fingering and viola expressiveness. At the end of the dissertation there is conclusion, list of note examples and bibliography
