Hello @jaspash,
The Media Library items are posts (post type
attachment
) with attached files. WordPress usually don’t work with files directly, but works with them through posts. The “Ultimate Member: Content Restriction” tool can restrict access to the media post, so users who don’t have access can’t see and use this media.But this does not influence direct links to the file. The server returns the file called via a direct link immediately, without processing the WordPress code.

Hello @qwezinsky
The account menu is adaptive. You’ll see a menu with icons if the account area is narrower than 800px. You’ll see a menu with icons and text if the account area is wider than 800px. So, you should make the account area wider to display text next to the icon.
A width of the the account area depends on the screen width, your theme styles and the page layout. Try reducing margins and padding for page content to increase the account area.

Hello @rrsandler29
Try a code snippet that missveronica suggested if the “Custom usermeta table” setting is turned off. This solution may work because according to documentation the
role
parameter is an inclusive list: users must match *each* role.You can try this code snippet if the “Custom usermeta table” setting is turned on.
add_action( 'um_pre_users_query', 'um_pre_users_query_inclusive_roles', 10, 2 );
function um_pre_users_query_inclusive_roles( &$mdm, $directory_data ){
global $wpdb;
if ( ! empty( $mdm->roles ) && is_array( $mdm->where_clauses ) ) {
foreach( $mdm->where_clauses as $i => $where_clause ) {
if ( strpos( $where_clause, 'umm_roles.um_value LIKE' ) ) {
$roles_clauses = array();
foreach ( $mdm->roles as $role ) {
$roles_clauses[] = $wpdb->prepare( 'umm_roles.um_value LIKE %s', '%"' . $wpdb->esc_like( $role ) . '"%' );
}
$mdm->where_clauses[ $i ] = '( ' . implode( ' AND ', $roles_clauses ) . ' )';
}
}
}

Hello @yntruder
Please provide more details. Is your question related to sorting in the member directory or something else? Do you use two registration forms to register people and companies with different roles?

Hello @pix1e
Please don’t modify any files of the plugin. Changes will be lost on the plugin update. Add your custom CSS code to another place. Use selectors with a greater specificity in your code to override default styles.
We recommend creating a child theme for customization. You can override styles by adding CSS code to the style.css file in the child theme.
You also can add CSS code to the field “Additional CSS” on wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS if your theme supports this feature.

Hello @drnwd6
You can manage the visibility of fields in the profile form. Use the field setting Privacy (select the Only visible to profile owner and specific roles option) and Select member roles (select the Administrator option) to make the field visible for the profile owner and administrators.
See details in this doc: Fields Visibility

Hello @jasmin002
You can translate texts “Keep me signed in” and “Forgot your password?” in the language files for the Azerbaijani language. Use the Poedit program or the Loco Translate plugin to create and edit your language files. Follow instructions in the article How to translate plugin
