WP All Import

Hi @ofmarconi,
Hello, is it possible to synchronize 2 or more sites with your plugins?
What data/tables are you looking to synchronize?
For example, if I want to synchronize specific tables, can I do this every 5, 10, 30, 60 minutes?
Unfortunately, our free plugin does not support scheduled/automatic imports. They’d have to be run manually.

In reply to: [Export any WordPress data to XML/CSV] Exporting Kadence Form EntriesHi @kozmonauta,
Unfortunately, since the entries are stored in a custom database table, it wouldn’t be possible to export them with our plugin.

In reply to: [Import Users from CSV] Cannot activate pluginHi @arizonanorse,
Plugin exists, but will not activate. Removed and reinstalled. No change.
Do you see any errors when you try to activate it? If so, can you send me a screenshot of the error?

In reply to: [Export any WordPress data to XML/CSV] Not exporting everything it should beHi @emgb_520,
When I try to export, though, for some reason it only picks up that ~700 of them have PDFs. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
Unfortunately, we’d have to run tests with your data to understand why that’s happening. Please open a support request via http://www.wpallimport.com/support/ and we’ll help out there.

In reply to: [Import any XML or CSV File to WordPress] menu order always zeroHi @bluantinoo,
Are you using the “Menu Order” field inside the “Advanced” tab in the WooCommerce Add-On? If not, please try using that field and let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [Import any XML or CSV File to WordPress] Permission check on multisiteHi @tyrannous,
Thanks for the feedback. I will forward this to our dev team for consideration.
Hi @arturbaranok,
To properly advise on this, we’d really have to see it first hand to understand why it requires a re-run of the import to get all of the data in. Please replicate the issue on a sandbox site at http://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then send us the sandbox site URL along with instructions on how we can reproduce/see the problem ourselves.
Hi @vortexdizaj,
The problem is that the image import elements only contain the path to the image, not the full URL to them. You could manually prepend the URL before the element to fix it, for example:
https://example.com/path/{productimagefile1[1]} https://example.com/path/{productimagefile2[1]} https://example.com/path/{productimagefile3[1]} https://example.com/path/{productimagefile4[1]}
Once you’ve done that, you can use the preview button to see if they’re correct, and use the test button to see if they can be downloaded.

In reply to: [Import any XML or CSV File to WordPress] Price with four decimal placesHi @00dusan00,
That dot is a decimal place. After import, the price is displayed on the eshop as: 31968€
But it should be 3.19.
I can’t replicate that in my tests. Please reproduce the problem on a sandbox site at http://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then send us the sandbox site URL and a brief description of the issue here: http://www.wpallimport.com/support/.
Hi @azamatzafer,
When it comes to server terminations, the first step is to try setting the records per iteration down to 1 in the Import Settings: https://d.pr/i/XRjZEG.
If that doesn’t fix it, you’ll have to work with your web host to log the relevant error and adjust the server settings to allow the import to run. See: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/terminated-imports-exports/#check-server-error-log.
Hi @andreasfurster,
In the Import Settings, under “Choose which data to update”, enable the “Taxonomies (incl. Categories and Tags)” option. Then, enable “Leave these taxonomies alone, update all others” and add “product_shipping_class” to the list.
Hi @stanley1789,
I select option “Scan through post content and import images wrapped in <img> tags ” but images are not downloaded.
We’d have to run tests with your data to understand why that’s not working. Please replicate the issue with a few records on a sandbox site at http://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then send us the sandbox site URL and a brief description of the issue here: http://www.wpallimport.com/support/.

In reply to: [Import Property Listings into WP Residence] Properties in Advanced searchHi @medmo,
I think the issue is from the import itself. Properties need to be edited and saved for the variable to show.
We would have to see the data that’s being imported and the import template to advise on this. Please replicate the issue on a sandbox site at http://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then send us the sandbox site URL along with a link to this thread via http://www.wpallimport.com/support/.
Hi @bluxart,
This error typically happens when Query Monitor is active. I understand you disabled all other plugins, but please check to make sure the “db.php” drop-in plugin from Query Monitor has also been removed.
If that doesn’t help, please contact us about this here: http://www.wpallimport.com/support/. Since you’re using the Pro versions of our plugins, we have to help there instead of on these forums.
