    I would like to inform you that the search functionality currently works through the GET method and cannot be changed to POST at this time. However, please consider this a feature request. We are continuously working on improving our plugin by adding new features based on our customers’ needs.

    To add a feature request please navigate to the plugin main page then go to the Details section then USEFUL LINKS. There you will find the Request a Feature link.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Below, I am sharing a few instructions to help you fix this issue.

    • First of all, please make sure that you have completed each step of the Onboarding section that appears after activating the plugin for the very first time. If you can confirm that it is done, then proceed to the next step.
    • If you are using any caching plugin on your site, then please clear the caches or if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check. Most often, this happens due to caching, I hope the problem will be solved right after that.
    • If that also doesn’t help, then disable other plugins except for Elementor and Elementskit, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what causes this issue.
    • Also, change the permalink and then check whether the plugin is working or not. Watch this video to see how to change permalinks.

    After following these instructions I hope your issue will be solved.

    I hope you are doing well, and thank you for sharing the screenshot. I have inspected the issue, and it appears there may be a conflict in your environment. To identify the cause, you can run a conflict test on your site. This will help determine what is actually causing the issue (please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps).

    • Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
    • Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
    • If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, please check for any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementskit and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

    In our development environment, ElementsKit is working fine with access to the dashboard main page. Additionally, no other users have reported this issue. Since you have already deactivated the theme and plugins, the issue may be due to caches. If you are using a caching plugin on your site, please clear the caches from both your site and browser. If possible, keep the caching plugin disabled for some time and then check again.

    Also, change the permalinks and see if the plugin starts working. You can watch this video for guidance on how to change permalinks: How to Change Permalinks. Please regenerate the CSS and sync the library from here: Regenerate CSS and Sync Library.

    After following this instructions I hope your issue will be solved. Let us know if the issue is solved. If not, I’ll have a quick look and provide you with a solution ASAP.

    I have inspected the reference page URL and noticed that the carousel slider is not appearing from the ElementsKit plugin. It seems you are using a widget from the Additran Master plugin, which is part of the Additrans theme (screenshot – https://d.pr/i/Ne8j38). Since this widget is not included in the ElementsKit plugin, we are unable to assist you with this issue. I recommend contacting the theme support for assistance. Hopefully, they will provide a solution as soon as possible. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

    Hello everyone,

    I have reviewed your reference website, and it appears that you are using vertical align middle. To address this issue, please follow the instructions in this video: https://d.pr/v/UI74x0.

    Additionally, you can achieve alignment at the top using the following CSS codes. Simply copy and paste them into “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS“:

    .elementskit-megamenu-panel .elementor-1541 .elementor-column{
    display: block;
    }
