An issue has arisen with the Astra theme, but we can resolve it by implementing a few CSS codes. Below, I’ll share the necessary codes for you to copy and paste into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

Please give us more details about the problem you are facing with the latest version. I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention that the CSS codes have been successfully implemented and tested in our development environment. To provide further clarification and demonstrate the functionality, I have created a video walkthrough, which you can view here. So, make sure you have inserted those codes properly.
Then, If you are using any caching plugin on your site, please clear the caches from your site and browser as well. if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check.

Thanks for reaching out to us.I have inspected your website. Below I am including a few CSS codes to remove the hover shadow effect. Just copy & paste to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
.shopengine-widget .shopengine-product-list .shopengine-single-product-item:hover { box-shadow: inherit !important; }

I would like to inform you that at the moment, our system only supports using an email address in the “from” field, without an option to include a sender’s name. We appreciate your feedback and have duly noted your request to add this as a new feature. Please rest assured that we are committed to enhancing our plugin by incorporating additional functionalities in response to our customers’ requirements.

In my development environment, MetForm is working fine. The issue you are having can happen due to caches or third-party theme/plugin conflict. Will you please check by clearing the caches completely from your site and browser? You can run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue.
- To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
- If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and MetForm to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
- Also, change the permalink and then check whether the plugin is working or not. Watch this video to see how to change permalinks.
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.
