Your Theme may be causing the problem
If you can’t access your Administration Screens, access your website via FTP and navigate to the /wp-content/themes/ folder. Rename the folder for the active Theme. Then login to your wp-admin so it will automatically switch to default theme.Forum: Fixing WordPress

That’s around line #81.Just change it from:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
To:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
This way we can check if your site has fatal errors.
