I have checked your site. I have found all product titles are in one row that why I am not able to reproduce the issue. Can you please give a screenshot of the issue to understand it properly and give you a quick solution?

I understand the issue you are having with. First, if you want to submenu workable at a smaller breakpoint size, the submenu click area must be enabled. Please see the screenshot. Then you must set the submenu indicator. Please see the screenshot. If you want to hide the icon on the desktop. It can be done via custom CSS. Please add this below CSS code in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { .elementskit-submenu-indicator { display: none !important; } }Hopefully, The issue will be solved right after that. If the issue persists even after that, let us know. We will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

At our end buttons are also showing aligned after applying this code. Please see the screencast. If the buttons are not aligned in spite of applying code then the issue requires a closer inspection from your end. Please navigate to the plugin’s details page and contact our support center. I understand the issue you are facing right now. To change the products look at the mobile view please add this below CSS code in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS

We are not clear about the issue you are facing right now. You have not provided any relevant screenshot/video of the issue. On the other hand your website is in coming soon stage. That’s why we are not able to check the issue from the frontend.
It would be a lot easier for us if you give us a screenshot/video about the problem and make the website live so that we can understand the problem properly and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

I think the problem happens due to Caching plugin. If you are using any caching plugin on your site, most specifically, Object Cache is enabled on your site, then please clear the caches from your site and browser, or if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check. Most often, this happens due to caching, I hope the problem will be solved right after that.
If that also doesn’t help, then disable other plugins except for Elementor and Elementskit, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what actually causes this issue.

I have checked your site and understand the issue. If you set megamenu width as full width and set the megamenu position as default then the issue will be solved. Please see the screencast for a better understanding.

I have checked your site. Have not found any upsell products. Can you please point me to where you have implemented the upsell products widget? I have found a related products section on the Link you have mentioned that you have used with a shortcode. Please see the screencast. Please make sure store Entries option is not disabled. Please check the screenshot . If the issue persists then clear cache from your site and check again.

I can understand the issue you are facing right now. There are some CSS codes which is overriding the existing CSS of ElementsKit page list widget. This issue can easily be solved by applying CSS code. Please copy the CSS code from below and paste it to the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section.
