    Hi mikejkelley,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. We deeply regret any inconvenience you may have encountered with the FundEngine plugin. We’ve taken the liberty of providing some solutions in your support thread, and we’re optimistic that following these steps will resolve the issue at hand.

We kindly request that you reconsider your rating. A one-star review on a public platform can potentially mislead many users and could adversely affect the reputation of our plugin. Taking into account these factors, we sincerely hope you’ll reconsider your rating decision.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Amir

    Hi mikejkelley,

Thank you for contacting us. We acknowledge the frustration you may be experiencing, but please be assured that the FundEngine plugin is not the cause of the 404 error. Nevertheless, we are fully committed to assisting you in identifying and resolving this issue. Below, you’ll find a set of guidelines to help you navigate through this process:

    1. Fix Your Permalink Settings: Please reset the permalink from settings > permalink. Keep it plain and save changes. Now the issue should solve and you can revert back to previous settings.

    2. Update the WordPress .htaccess File: Review the .htaccess file for any misconfigurations or directives that might be causing URLs to resolve incorrectly.

    3. Review Server Logs: Access your server logs to see if there are any clues as to why the 404 errors are occurring. Look for patterns or specific requests that might be triggering the issue.

    4. Check for Redirects: Verify if there are any redirect rules in place that might be redirecting users to non-existent pages, thereby resulting in a 404 error.

    5. Clear Cache: If you’re using any caching mechanisms, clear the cache to ensure that you’re not serving outdated or incorrect content.

Please follow these steps and let us know if you encounter any challenges or if you require further assistance. You can also get help from this article.

    Regards,
    Amir

      Hi jdgrcorp,

Thank you for contacting us, and we sincerely apologize for the delayed response.

Upon investigation in our development environment, we were unable to replicate the reported issue. Additionally, there have been no previous complaints regarding this matter. For a clearer understanding, we recommend referring to this instructional video. However, if you are still experiencing this problem, it is likely stemming from your end. We suggest conducting a conflict test on your website to pinpoint the root cause of the issue.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps: Prior to proceeding, ensure to create a backup of your website and preferably execute these steps in a staging environment!

      1. Isolate the problem: Disable all plugins (with the exception of Elementor/Pro, ShopEngine, and Woocommerce), and temporarily switch your WordPress theme to Hello theme. If this resolves the issue, gradually reactivate your plugins and theme one by one, until identifying the conflicting plugin or theme.
      2. Clear the cache: Purge all cache levels, encompassing Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache. Additionally, attempt accessing the front page of your website in incognito/private mode.

Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, let me know. I will take a closer look at this issue and help you find a solution as soon as possible.

      Regards,
      Amir

      Hi sonaar,

      Thanks for contacting us.

We haven’t been able to replicate the problem on our development end. To assist you further and offer an effective solution, could you please provide detailed steps to reproduce the error? Additionally, if possible, a video demonstrating these steps would greatly aid our investigation. This will enable us to recreate the issue and pinpoint its underlying cause accurately.

      Waitng for your response.

      Regards,
      Amir

      Hi sachristan,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To solve this issue, please follow the below process:

      1. Clear the cache: Clear all levels of cache, including but not limited to Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache. Also, try in incognito/private mode.
      2. Permalink Reset: Reset your permalink structure from the Settings > Permalink section and try again.
      3. Isolate the problem: Deactivate all of your plugins (except Elementor/Pro, MetForm), and temporarily change your WordPress theme to Hello theme. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins and theme one by one, until you spot the conflicting plugin or theme.

If the issue persists please let us know. We will check the issue and let you know the update as soon as possible.

      Regards,
      Amir

      Hi hamid009,

Hope you are doing fine. We found that GeoDirectory Plugin as well as its addon work perfectly with the ElementsKit Lite plugin. If you face this issue with the ElementsKit Pro plugin, please navigate to the plugin’s details page and you’ll find the link to contact our support center. Our support team will help you ASAP! Because,  as per the WordPress.org policies, we aren’t allowed to provide any solution for the PRO plugin here. I hope you understand.

      Regards,
      Amir
