I didn’t understand it clearly. You can create a custom footer as per your need under the Theme Panel > my Libray using Elementor and select it from the Customize > Footer widget section. Remove the container and set padding to zero to make it works.

There are no settings for upper indent… Maybe it is in the only in paid version!?
You are using q2w3 fixed widget plugin. Try to check this plugin setting, not Elementor.
