Issue with WooCommerce Shipping Postcodes

    Hello,
    I work for a brewery. We are having an issue with WooCommerce shipping. No matter what postcode we put in to trial the Shipping, no shipping options are found. This happens despite there being six local postcode districts entered (SG11, SG10, SG9, CM23, CM22, CM21). I try to enter full postcodes in and it does not work. I put a trial full postcode in to the addresses we deliver to and that still does not work. No shipping options are ever found. This is becoming an issue for customers seeking delivery. Does anyone on this platform know how to sort out the issue?

    Would you mind sharing some screenshots of what your overall shipping zones look like as well as how you have set up one of these districts? You can use the free @benshadham tool to share that with us.

    Thanks for providing those screenshots!

    OK, can you please add a * for each range you have added as a wildcard? An example would be: changing SG10 to SG10* and see if that resolves the issue?

    If you have done that with no success, please respond with your status report found under “WooCommerce > Status” page.

    This didn’t work the first time round. I suspected it to be one of the issues so deleted them. I’ll reinstall them, but the problem persists nonetheless.

    As requested, in order for us to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Maybe I have a similar problem http://www.ezbrane.eu There was a mistake in the new version, there should have been dozens of free delivery orders. High loss. The update did not help, the means of transport are not updated after entering the zip code. I have ZERO orders. Solve it and solve it very quickly.

    Hi @benshadham,

    Thanks for your patience while we’re checking this issue.

    I’ve performed a test with a basic setup of WordPress, WooCommerce and the default Storefront theme. The result of this test indicates that the shipping feature is correctly working. I’m going to share a few screenshots below.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

    Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    Hi Miko,
    I have now found the plugin that was causing the issue. It was Booster for WooCommerce and this has been deactivated and deleted.

    There remains an issue, however – you’ll see from a screenshot uploaded earlier that CM21 is one of the addresses that should bring the result of “Free Shipping”, yet the result when entered, as shown by this screenshot, only comes up as “Local pickup”. Although the feature is working, the sub features are not.

    It seems that Local Pickup being is selected even before an address has been entered.

    Just to check, do you have any other shipping zones above 5 Miles in your WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Zones?

    Could you try having the 5 Miles shipping zone at the top of that list then check again?
    If the issue still persists, could you check when you have disabled all other plugins apart from WooCommerce and have switched to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty?
