Hi,
While I don’t have an answer for you yet, I’ve got a couple of questions to ask you.
1) Is “every couple of weeks” a consistent frequency of the occurrence of this issue?
2) Does the issue always occur on the same webpage? For example, the Solar Installation page.
3) What does the page look like when this issue happens?
Please also go to LiteSpeed Cache Toolbox –> [5] Report. Click “Send to LiteSpeed” and then give us the number here. With your answers to the above questions and the report, we’ll see if we can find the answer to your question.
Thank you.
It just happened again, this time to the about page. This is what it looks like. https://ibb.co/Ldkq1rm. this time I waited a minute or so, then cleared my chrome browser data, and the page was okay again. Usually when it happens the page takes a long time to appear. This is a report after the page rectified itself YXBABYYB.

Hi,
please try open browser’s dev tool , refresh the page , and then check the dev tool , see if there is any warning message or bad requests
Best regards,
I have opened the brower’s tools and refreshed the page, no warnings are listed that I can see. There is a “no issues” tab. Tried all pages that the problem has been occuring on.

click right-top button , then see if there is any line in red show up in console below
is that issue happening right now ? if so , what is the link ?
only warning that comes up is on the installation page: “Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.resarf.com.au/solar-installation/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure element ‘http://www.resarf.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/smallpanels.jpg’. This request was automatically upgraded to HTTPS, For more information see https://blog.chromium.org/2019/10/no-more-mixed-messages-about-https.html” And there was a potential issue with the same smallpanels.jpg. this image only shows on mobiles.

Hi,
is that the warning coming up when you have that unstyle issue ?
is it network or single WP site ?
Best regards,
I will have to wait for the problem to occur again and then see about the warnings. It is a single wordpress site. I have noticed that the scheduler is not working according to Updraft backup, so I installed a plugin to check the cron jobs and this is what it says. “The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.” and it mentions a number of litespeed cache files functions that have not run see an image at this link https://ibb.co/Lg97r3C could that be causing the problem?

Hi,
I don’t think cron will cause such case
I do see you have Critical CSS enabled , which will leads to such issue , but that should only last for a flash of second, then render page normally
you can try turn off load async CSS
, see if it helps , though I don’t think it is the case, but you can give it a try
Best regards,
Load async CSS was turned off. Maybe I had not saved it. The problem just occured, but maybe it occured because I had cleared the litespeed cache and quickly wentto view the page. These warnings came up on one page https://ibb.co/5srj06V but on another, with the same problem, no warnings. I had to clear the cache again for the problem to go away. I also notice that the cron has updated all scheduled services. And backdraft did its scheduled backup, without me doing a thing.
the homepage had the error messages, which are now gone. The about page had no error messages.

Hi,
in order to investigate the issue , we will need to reproduce and witness it first, otherwise this is mostly guessing work
please join our Slack community
you can reach me by @qtwrk , please notify me next time when you see this happens so I can do some quick check and inspect
Best regards,
The problem has only occured once, that I have seen, since I last added to this thread, when I was doing a number of updates, which I thought caused the problem, and it quickly resolved with me just clearing my browser history. I did not think at the time to check for error.

Hi,
well , if you can reproduce it reliably , it will be much easier for us to investigate…
Best regards,
