For all the contact forms is the mail 2 not working anymore, we receive the forms in good order, but the sender has received no e-mail. Even in a new form it’s not working.
Where can we see the website in question?
All forms on https://www.kleinwier.nl
Example: https://www.kleinwier.nl/werkplaats/
Never had problems last time I updated everything and it isn’t working anymore.

What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?
To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised.
MAIL 1
To: mail@companyname.ml
From: Companyname <mail@companyname.nl>
Reply-To: [your-email]

MAIL 2
To: [your-email]
From: Companyname <mail@companyname.nl>

We never had problems with these settings and these forms, but now the mail 2 is not sending anymore but we receive mail 1
How did you confirm that the Mail (2) isn’t working?
I filled in different forms on the website to try out and didn’t receive any email (not in spam) but the company received the first email.
Try checking to see if other users are having the same problem.
I tried with different e-mails, non receive the e-mail, but the company receive it every time.
Site is up to date, plugin is up to date, but still not receive the mail (2) e-mails.

I am seeing the same issue. I have the latest update installed.
Same here. Sender is not receiving email confirmation. This form plugin needs a serious upgrade, face lift and a much more user friendly settings. I know it’s free and I do appreciate the great effort however, why not use the thousands of coders out there to help you to revamp it?
Bottom line, if it does not send confirmation email it is quite useless.
I have exactly the same problem. Is there any solution?
